The Resource Center for Independent Living (RCIL)

Services Provided:
Advocacy, Benefits Advisement, Employment Services, Peer Counseling, Independent Living Skills Training and Architectural Barrier Consultations provided to people with disabilities of all ages. Community based services such as Medicaid Services Coordination and the Consumer Directed Personal Care Program are available as well as other programs through our Utica Office. RCIL houses the Lion’s Loan Out Center in which Assistive and Alerting Devices are available for loan to those who are hearing or visually impaired.
