  • "Sugar Shakers": Diabetes Self-management Program. For anyone with diabetes, teaches diet, movement, lifestyle and support.
  • "Wellness Works with Parkinson's Disease": Program is facilitated by Parkinson's specialists with topics including: Disease overview, medications, exercise and movement, tips for nutrition and speech, and community supports and resources.
  • "Weight For Me":Weight management program includes tips from a nutritionist or dietician, personalized weight loss planning, and focuses on setting realistic goals, behavior modification related to foods, as well as recipes, exercise and more.

  • Better Breathers Club: support and education for adults with chronic lung diseases such as emphysema, bronchitis, asthma, and lung cancer.
  • Diabetes: teaches diabetics and their family members how to control and manage diabetes through an educational series of monthly meetings.
  • T.O.P.S.: Take Off Pounds Sensibly - provides support and information for those who have a desire to lose weight or maintain weight loss.
  • Women With Heart Disease: share your experiences, learn from others, help plan future meetings/speakers/topics. Caregivers and friends welcome.
