Services Provided:

Daily in or out of-the-home respite.

One-on-one, small group or large group respite and recreational activities.

Drop-in respite and overnight respite for individuals.

Self-directed respite services: Families choose their own respite provider and schedule their services with the provider for the times that they need the services the most-up to 24 hours per week.

Services are provided to individuals who are cared for in their homes and are available to individuals of all ages who have developmental disabilities and who reside in Fulton County. To access services, please call Kim Schutz, Single Point of Entry at (518) 775-5452.
