Services Provided:
"Diabetes Support Group": Available free of charge for residents with diabetes and their families. This group is moderated by experts and allows members to listen to specialists and discuss all thing related to diabetes.

"Heart to Heart" Caregivers Support Club: Monthly meetings facilitated by a registered nurse. The group is free of charge and refreshments are served. Caregiver’s loved one may attend the daycare program while the group is in session.
