Johnstown Area Volunteer Ambulance Corps (JAVAC)

Services Provided:
JAVAC is a volunteer ambulance agency that covers the city of Johnstown and the surrounding towns with 24-hour 7-days a week emergency medical services. JAVAC is staffed by paramedics, EMTs Critical Care, EMT Intermediates, EMT-D's Certified First Responders and Patient Movement Assistants /Drivers. JAVAC offers many community services including the Community Awareness Program that educates school children on how to call for an ambulance. JAVAC also offers CPR training for community groups.
